Purchasing Info
If your are thinking about purchasing a product from me there are a few things you should be aware of.
Once your order is placed and paid for I will then start to make your product, as I could not possibly have all combinations of options for each lake pre-made.
The average lead time from order placement to shipping is about 15 days. However depending on how many items I am making at that time there can be additional backlog time.
After I am a vendor at a show this lead time can grow quickly to be a month or more.
If you would like your product by a certain date (birthday, retirement, or
Christmas present) please Contact Me prior to making your purchase.
Once you place an order I will email you with expected shipping date and expected delivery date. I will email once again once your product ships with tracking information.
Shipping Options
I use the services of FedEx for my map shipments.
If you need your item shipped faster you must Contact Me prior to ordering your product.
From time to time I will be a vendor at craft shows and other expos, I can bring your purchase to these shows for you to pick up for no shipping charge.
Once I schedule a show I will add the free pick up option to the order shipping options at checkout. You must then bring your printed receipt to the show to claim your purchase.
